Important Notice to All Presenters
Two standard overhead projectors and two screens will be provided in every meeting room. Speakers with special audio-visual equipment needs should inform SIAM of their specific requirements by December 16, 1996. If we do not hear from speakers by that date, it will be understood that a standard overhead projector is all that is needed. If a speaker sends a request for special a-v equipment and decides not to use the requested equipment after it has been installed, the speaker will be responsible for paying the rental fee.
