Your support in staying at the Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa helps keep the conference costs down, which directly affects your registration fees. SIAM guarantees the hotel that we will fill a certain number of “room nights” (rooms per night) during the conference. SIAM incurs penalties if too many attendees opt to stay in other hotels in the area or neglect to indicate to the hotel that they are with the SIAM conference.
Reservations
SIAM is holding a block of rooms at the Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa. These rooms are being held on a first-come, first-served basis at the following discounted rates. Please be aware the room block fills quickly, so we suggest you make your hotel and travel plans early.
The group rate is guaranteed until the cutoff date unless the block fills prior to that. If there are rooms available after the cutoff date, they will be available at the best rate offered at that time.

Single/Double $129.00 per night plus 12.2% tax
All rooms based on availability.
All rates are subject to state and local occupancy taxes.
Your reservation is not confirmed until acknowledged in writing by the hotel or verified by phone.
When making reservations, be sure to identify yourself as an attendee of the SIAM Conference on Analysis of Partial Differential Equations. In order to get the SIAM group rate, please make your reservations via fax at +1-480-649-1886 or mail the Hotel Reservation Form directly to the Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa. You may also make your reservation by phone by calling 800-Hiltons (USA and Canada) or +1-480-833-5555. Do not make your reservation online through the hotel web site, as this will not allow you to retain the SIAM group rate. Remember to get your confirmation number!
Welcome Reception
When making your reservation, remember that the Welcome Reception is scheduled for Sunday, December 9, 2007. This is an excellent networking opportunity!
Deposit
The Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa requires a credit card to confirm and guarantee your reservation. The hotel will send out e-mail confirmations upon request.
Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, you must contact the hotel 24 hours prior to your arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation fee. You can contact the hotel at 800-Hiltons (USA and Canada) or +1-480-833-5555. Remember to get a cancellation number!
