United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland Section (SIAM UKIE)

The SIAM-UKIE Section was formed in 1996 with the purpose to promote and support applied and industrial mathematics in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

The activities of the Section are consistent with this objective and include: an annual meeting, student chapter events, student prizes, and support for other initiatives and events that bring together SIAM members from universities, industry, or other research institutions.
