SIAM Chapters organize Texas Applied Mathematics Meeting for Students

The SIAM Student Chapters at the University of Texas at Austin and Rice University are organizing TAMMS - Texas Applied Mathematics Meeting for Students at the University of Texas in Austin on February 16-17, 2007.

The conference will provide students the opportunity to present research and build synergy among participants from universities throughout the region. The conference will also provide students with opportunities to practice presentation skills in a conference environment with minimal cost. The conference features two guest keynote speakers, a poster session, and symposium talks by student conference participants.
