The deadline for ordering Audio Visual Equipment for the Annual Meeting is JUNE 7, 2000.
Invited Speakers for the Plenary Sessions are allowed to order equipment subject to availability.
Minisymposium speakers may order equipment if more than one speaker in session will utilize it, and Contributed speakers may use equipment if it has already been ordered by Invited or Minisymposium speakers and is already available in the assigned meeting room on the day and time of presentation. Poster presenters may order no equipment.
Computers will not be ordered for any speaker, if power point or other type of presentation utilizing computer is planned, speaker must bring their own laptop.
PLENARY SESSION ROOM HAS TWO OVERHEAD PROJECTORS AND TWO SCREENS, A 35 MM SLIDE PROJECTOR, AND A DATA PROJECTOR.
Please note: All other breakout rooms have one overhead and one screen.

If you do not receive a confirmation your equipmeent request has not been received and you will need to send again!
