The SIAM registration desk is at the entrance of the Foyer area of the Ile de France Ballroom. It is open during the following times:

Sunday, January 5 - 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Monday, January 6 - 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Tuesday, January 7 - 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM

We urge attendees to preregister and save!
To qualify for the preregistration fee, return the Preregistration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office by Monday, December 23, 1996.
Any preregistration received at the SIAM office after Monday, December 23 will be subject to the $50 difference between the preregistration and registration fees. That difference will be charged to your credit card or collected from you at the conference.
There will be no prorated fees. Refunds will not be issued after Tuesday, January 2, 1997.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation prior to:
December 23, 1996 - Full refund
December 24-January 2 - $25.00 Cancellation Fee
After January 2, 1997 - No Refund
