In response to requests from attendees of previous meetings, there are a number of changes in the format of the conference Click here for "What's New About the Conference?".
We would like to thank the members of the organizing committee who have given generously of their time in planning and organizing this meeting. Thanks are also due to all of you who are making presentations, moderating focus sessions, or chairing contributed sessions.
Ultimately, the success of this meeting depends on you, the participant. We urge you to actively participate in the discussion. And remember to attend the poster session (there will be refreshments, and a prize for the best presentation).
We hope that the conference and your visit to Nashville are stimulating, exciting and enjoyable.
