We urge attendees to preregister and save! To qualify for the preregistration rate, the registration form and payment must be received at the SIAM office by Wednesday, October 15, 1997.
Registrations received at the SIAM office after Wednesday, October 15, will be subject to the difference between the preregistration and on-site registration fees. The difference will be charged to your credit card or collected from you on site.
There will be no prorated fees. No refunds will be issued after Wednesday, October 15, 1997. If your preregistration payment arrives at SIAM after the conference has started, payment will be returned to you and your on-site registration will be processed.

Saturday, November 1st 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM- The evening begins with a cash bar, an opportunity to review the conference and past few days activities with your colleagues. Dinner will consist of a choice of Cornish Game Hen stuffed with wild rice or Broiled Top Sirloin with Chasseur Sauce. Vegetarian meals will be available for those with special dietary preferences. Wine will be served with dinner followed by dessert. Cost $37.50
For lunch break, we are offering attendees the option of ordering a box lunch at $9.50 per person, per day. These box lunches must be preordered and prepaid. Please indicate on the Preregistration Form which days you are interested in ordering a box lunch, and include the total amount with your preregistration payment.
