Important Notice to All Presenters

Two standard overhead projectors and two screens will be provided in every meeting room. Speakers with special audio visual equipment needs should inform SIAM of their specific requirements by April 20, 1997. If we do not hear from speakers by that date, it will be understood that a standard overhead projector is all that is needed.

If a speaker sends a request for special audio visual equipment and decides not to use the requested equipment after it has been installed, the speaker will be responsible for paying the rental fee.
