The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker of a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference.
Please Note: SIAM asks that the speaker(s) preregister so all program materials are ready for the speaker(s) when they arrive and check in at the registration desk.
If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. The SIAM Conference Department must be informed immediately of any change to a scheduled presentation. A "no-show" or canceled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.

SIAM accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Please indicate credit card type, account number, and the expiration date on the Registration Form.
We urge attendees to preregister and save!
To qualify for the preregistration fee, return the Registration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office by Friday, December 20, 2002. Any registration received at the SIAM office after Friday, December 20, 2002 will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to preregister and save $60. There will be no prorated fees. Refunds will not be issued after Friday, December 20, 2002.
