Mobile App
A mobile app for the SIAM Conference on Applications of Dynamical Systems (DS15) is available for download. Plug www.tripbuildermedia.com/apps/siam2015events into your browser. The link will automatically detect the type of device and take you to the right place to download the app. Or, view the mobile site in HTML5 by connecting to www.tripbuilder.net/mw/apps/siam2015events. Once you select DS15 from the list of 2015 SIAM events, you will be requested to set up an account. This will allow you to share your calendar of show events across iOS and Android devices, and the HTML5 version. You can then view the schedule, browse speakers, attendees and exhibitors, view maps and building layouts, sync events with your mobile calendar, create your own show by selecting specific sessions, and more!

The application of dynamical systems theory to areas outside of mathematics continues to be a vibrant, exciting and fruitful endeavor. These application areas are diverse and multidisciplinary, ranging over all areas of applied science and engineering, including biology, chemistry, physics, finance, and industrial applied mathematics. This conference strives to achieve a blend of application-oriented material and the mathematics that informs and supports it. The goals of the meeting are a cross-fertilization of ideas from different application areas, and increased communication between the mathematicians who develop dynamical systems techniques and applied scientists who use them.

Funding Agency

SIAM and the Conference Organizing Committee wish to extend their thanks and appreciation to the U.S. National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Energy for their support of this conference.

The scope of this conference encompasses theoretical, computational, and experimental research on dynamical systems.  Highlighted areas include the dynamics of biological, chemical, physical, social, and financial systems along with applications in geophysics, fluid dynamics, materials science, engineering, and other applied sciences.
