The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker of a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference. (SIAM asks that the speaker(s) pre-register so that all program materials are ready for the speaker(s) when they arrive and check in at the registration desk)
If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel his/her presentation, he/she is expected to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably one of the paper's co-authors. Speakers should inform the SIAM Conference Department at [email protected] immediately of any change to his/her scheduled presentation.
A ‘no-show’ or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for compliance with this request.
To qualify for the preregistration fee, return the Preregistration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office by Wednesday, October 10, 2001.
Any registration received at the SIAM office after Wednesday, October 10, 2001 will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to preregister and save the $60.00 difference.
There will be no prorated fees. Refunds will not be issued after Wednesday, October 10,2001.
