Notice to Poster Presenters
Poster presenters can set up their posters beginning at 12:00 noon on Wednesday,
November 3 in Old Town Place. All poster materials must be up on the poster
boards by 6:00 PM. The session and reception will officially open at 6:15 PM
Wednesday. All poster displays must be removed from the boards immediately at
the end of the session at 8:00 PM. SIAM is not responsible for any displays
left on the boards after 9:00 PM on Wednesday.
