Fourth SIAM Conference on Geometric Design
Freeform curves and surfaces and the strong influence of industrial applications are at the foundations of CAGD. These roots show up in the subject catagories for the sessions. There are 5 different types of sessions. The invited presentations (IP) set the themes of the conference and are at an expository level. The minisymposia (MS) cover topics in newly emerging areas in CAGD. There are two kinds of contributed sessions: the traditional contributed presentations (CP) and the focused (FS). Presentations in the poster session (PS) also fall into these categories.
