Operating Guidelines and Areas of Responsibility

Basic Function and Purpose
To provide the SIAM employees with information about investment performance and administrative and other fees associated with SIAM’s defined contribution plan.

Membership
The EPOC will have an inaugural committee of 6 persons:  Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer, Controller, a member of the Financial Management Committee and a SIAM staff member. Appointments are for a term of two-years and made by the Board. 

Note: staff committee appointments are co-terminus upon termination of employment with SIAM
