SIAM is not handling registration for this conference; all payment arrangements must be handled by Sistema Congressi.
Please do not submit any payments to SIAM.

Registrations will be accepted until July 14, 2008. Registration link will be disconnected at 6PM.

After this date, only on-site registration will be allowed if places are still available.

Please note that in that case, the full conference kit cannot be guaranteed.

Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY. The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.

The fee must be paid in Euro (€) to Sistema Congressi by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) or bank transfer. On-line payments are secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Please specify title of the Conference (NW 2008), your name and family name as a description of payment. Please note that all bank charges must be covered by remitter.

Personal or Company cheques will not be accepted. Please note that admission to the Conference cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received. Where payment is still pending or delayed, registrants will be asked to pay the outstanding amount upon arrival.
Invoice will be issued for any fee paid and sent to the address.

Registration Cancellation Policy and Refunds

Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don’t forget to include all your bank’s information.
Refund of fees, less € 75,00 for administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received before June 30, 2008. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be paid after the Conference.

Conference Speakers

The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference.

If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact SIAM Meeting Manager Kirsten Wilden ([email protected]) immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation. A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.

Please Note:

It is SIAM policy that all speakers must pre-register. Speakers who do not pre-register will be required to register on site at the higher rate.

SIAM is pleased to acknowledge its corporate members and sponsors. In recognition of this support, non-member attendees who are employed by a Corporate Member or Sponsor organization are entitled to the SIAM member registration rate.

How to Register

For the very first time registrations and hotel reservations will be processed by an Italian Professional Conference Organizer. This will enable an easier management of local taxes which apply to registration fees in Italy.

How to Register Online

First you need a Personal Identification Number and a Password to carry out your on line registration. Please click the underneath link and fill the form to get your PIN.

Once you receive your PIN and Password by email from [email protected], follow the instructions you find in the email or click here for Registration Page.

A LOG IN page will appear where you will enter your PIN and Password.

What will then appear?
First, a summary of your personal data to be confirmed, then the Registration page where you will have to choose your registration fee and hotel accommodation.

In the “INVOICING DETAILS” page, you are free not to write anything in the FISCAL CODE and VAT n°  fields if you do not have any.

Upon completing the online registration form, a second e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address from nw08@sistemacongressi.com with the summary of the selected options and the total amount to be paid.

An invoice will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your address.

After you completed your online registration, it will not be possible to access the online form again; changes can only be made by requesting them by email to [email protected].
