Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY. The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.
The pre-registration rate is available until midnight CET on February 28, 2016. After this date and time, online registration will be available until March 27, 2016 at the late/onsite registration rate. After March 27, all registrations must be completed onsite.

A Conference Dinner Banquet will be held. The fees and details are below.
The conference dinner will be held on Thursday, April 14, from 7:30 PM - 10:30 PM at Salons Hoche (http://www.salons-hoche.fr/), 9 Avenue Hoche, 75008, Paris. A separate fee of 82.50 Euros applies.
Dinner includes appetizer, main dish, dessert, and coffee. The following choices for appetizer and main dish are available.
Menu with meat
Appetizer:
Green asparagus tips slightly warm, duo of mushrooms
Pointes d'asperges vertes legerement tiedes, Duo de champignons & jus reduit
Main dish:
Duck breast in red wine with spices, pears in wine & fondant potatoes
Magret de canard sauce vin rouge epice, Poires au vin & pommes fondantes
Menu with fish (no meat)
Appetizer:
Crayfish tails with asparagus tips
Asiette de queues d'ecrevisses aux pointes d'asperges
Main dish:
Crispy Cod with aromatic sauce
Croustillant de cabillaud sauce aux aromates
Menu without meat and fish (vegetarian):

Fresh plate with artichokes, eggplant involtini, stuffed peppers, mushrooms a la Grecque
Assiette fraicheur: artichaut barigoule, involtini d'aubergine, poivron farci, champignon a la Grecque

Mushroom pastry with asparagus tips
Feuillete de champignons aux pointes d'asperges
The cost is 82.50 Euros per person for the dinner.

Conference Speakers
The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference.
If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she should try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact SIAM Conference Director, Connie Young ([email protected]) immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation.
A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.
SIAM is not responsible for the safety and security of attendees’ computers. Do not leave laptop computers unattended.
Please remember to turn off cell phones, pagers, etc., during sessions.
Cancellation Policy
All refund requests must be received in writing by email to [email protected].
The following conditions will be applied:
| Before March 11, 2016: | 25% cancellation fee will be withheld for administrative fee |
| Between March 12, 2016 and April 2, 2016: | 50% cancellation fee will be withheld for administrative fee |
| From April 3, 2013: | no refund. Reimbursement will be processed after the conference only. |
Credit Cards
All registration payments must be made by credit card (secured). Inria will accept Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard. **ONLY** credit cards will be accepted as payment for both pre-registration and on-site registration. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
SIAM Corporate Members and Sponsors
SIAM is pleased to acknowledge its corporate members and sponsors. In recognition of this support, non-member attendees who are employed by a Corporate Member or Sponsor organization are entitled to the SIAM member registration rate.
