General Information
The exhibit hall at the 1999 SIAM Annual Meeting/Optimization Conference, which is being held jointly for the first time, will be open Monday, May 10, through Thursday, May 13. This joint meeting is a gathering of applied and industrial mathematicians, computer scientists, engineers, and statisticians from a variety of fields. This meeting provides a forum for attendees to exchange ideas, expand their network and discuss the latest trends in the mathematical sciences community. We anticipate an attendance of 850.

Exhibits are an integral part of the conference and the location in the hotel's Exhibit Hall will allow free access to the exhibits throughout the conference. All coffee breaks will be scheduled in the Exhibit Hall.

Service Information
AGS Exposition Service Company (404-699-0650) is the designated official drayage handler and general service contractor for this meeting. AGS will set up the exhibit floor and work with individual exhibitors in setting up and helping dismantle their exhibits.
Space Allocation
Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the date the contract and payment are received. Prior exhibition at SIAM events will also be considered. If the booth(s) of your choice has already been assigned, you will be given the nearest booth available. The final deadline for receipt of contract and payment for booth space is April 9, 1999.
