DARPA's New Mathematical Challenges

DARPA issued a program announcement that describes 23 mathematical grand challenges. According the the BAA (Broad Agency Announcement), "DARPA seeks innovative proposals addressing these Mathematical Challenges. Proposals should offer high potential for major mathematical breakthroughs associated to one or more of these challenges."
