2007 SIAM Election Results
December 13, 2007
Nearly twenty-four percent of eligible members voted in the SIAM general election. The results, counted and certified by Survey and Ballot Systems, are as follows:
President: Douglas N. Arnold
Will serve as President-Elect in 2008; as President in 2009 and 2010; as Past President in 2011.
Vice President at Large: David E. Keyes
Will continue in office for an additional two-year term: January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2009.
Secretary: L. Pamela Cook
Will continue in office for an additional two-year term: January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2009.
Board of Trustees: John G. Lewis; Jerrold E. Marsden; Stephen Wright.
Each to fill a 3-year terms: January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2010.
Petter E. Bjorstad to fill remaining one year of the seat vacated by Tony Chan.
Council: Steven J. Cox; Margot Gerritsen; Mary Pugh; Mary Silber.
Each for 3-year terms: January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2010.
Timothy A. Davis
To fill fill remaining two years of the seat vacated by Douglas Arnold (as directed by Council).
