Supecomputing SIAG Selects New Officers for 2010

The SIAM Activity Group on Supercomputing (SIAG/SC) has completed its election of new officers. The following individuals will begin two-year terms, starting January 1, 2010:

• Chair: Cindy Phillips
• Vice Chair: Boyanna Norris
• Program Director: David Bader
• Secretary: Rich Vuduc

The SIAG/SC thanks the 126 members who voted in the election. A special thanks is given to all those who ran for office. An excellent slate of candidates were willing to serve.

The SIAG/SC runs the SIAM Conference on Parallel Processing and Scientific Computing, scheduled to take place on February 24-26 in Seattle, Washington (SA).
