New Section Editor for SIAM Review

Joe Flaherty, an integral part of the team that developed the "new" SIAM Review and the first Section Editor of the Problems and Techniques section, has decided to step down from this position. SIAM is grateful and appreciative for the leadership and service that he has provided, and extends to him our deepest thanks.
We are pleased to announce that Ilse Ipsen, of the Department of Mathematics at North Carolina State University, will succeed Joe as Section Editor of Problems and Techniques. Ilse has been serving as an Associate Editor for the section and brings excellent commitment and understanding to this new position.
Submissions to Problems and Techniques and other SIAM Review sections are accepted through SIAM's web-based peer-review system.
