SIAM Chapters presenting as part of Student Days at SIAM Annual Meeting in Pittsburgh

The SIAM Education Committee, chaired by Peter Turner of Clarkson University, invited six chapters to send student representatives to the 2010 SIAM Annual Meeting in Pittsburgh to present papers at a special Student Days session on Tuesday, July 13. The presentations are given by a student member of the chapter and reflect research to which the student has contributed significantly. Six chapters are selected annually by the Education Committee on a rotating basis. The chapters invited to participate in 2010 are California State University at Sacramento, Clarkson University, Louisiana State University, Montclair State University, Purdue University, and University of Colorado at Denver.
