Joanne has a B.A. Degree in Communications from LaSalle University. She has worked in all areas of Publishing and Publications throughout her career and is committed to leading successful organizational communication and customer service teams. She and the Customer Service staff are responsible for processing all memberships, subscriptions, conference registrations and book orders as well as responding to all customer inquiries.

 

Camille Harris
Customer Service Representative
Camille has been a SIAM Customer Service Representative since summer of 2000. She is responsible for the processing of all book orders and returns from individuals, book stores and book agents along with answering questions or inquiries about SIAM book purchasing policies.

 

Sharena Harris

Sharena has been a SIAM Customer Service Representative for more than three years.  She is responsible for all areas of individual membership including new applications, renewals and answering any membership questions or inquiries.

 

Kimberly Haines

Customer Service Representative
Kimberly has a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Indiana University and has worked in customer service since 1993. She has been a SIAM Customer Service Representative since April 2010. In addition to responding to customer inquiries, she assists with book orders, subscription orders and receptionist duties.

 

Nicarra Jones
Nicarra Jones
Customer Service Representative
Nicarra recently received her B.A. in Corporate Communication from Central Pennsylvania College and she has been the SIAM Receptionist since March 2010. In addition to all of the receptionist duties, she is responsible for compiling new member packets and database address updates.
