SIAM is holding a block of rooms at The University of Vermont – University Heights Residence Halls, Sheraton Burlington Hotel and the Hilton Burlington Hotel. These rooms are being held on a first-come, first-served basis at the following discounted rates. Please be aware the room block fills quickly, so we suggest you make your hotel and travel plans early.
The group rate is guaranteed until the cutoff date unless the block fills prior to that.

Processing Fee: $8.00 per person (the processing fee of $8.00 is for all transactions, registrations, cancellations or substitutions).

Cancellations
If you cancel your housing reservation, meal plan, parking permits, gym passes or any room nights of the reservation you have reserved after May 23, 2008, you will not receive a refund for the housing room nights, meal plan, parking permits or gym passes. In addition, there will be a cancellation fee of $50 charged to your credit card for cancellations after May 23, 2008. Please note, if you do not arrive on campus to check-in and have reserved overnight rooms, the meal plan, parking permits or gym passes, you will be considered a “no-show” and your credit card will be charged the full amount.
Meal Plans
The University of Vermont has meal plans available for $21.50 per person/per day. The meal plans will be available at the Harris/Millis Building. The meal plans are for three meals a day and are all you can eat cafeteria style.
Note: Meal plans must be purchased before May 16th, and cannot be purchased the day of the event.

Parking Permits
Parking permits are $4.00 per vehicle/per day. If you need a parking permit for more than 3 days, please select the weekly rate of $12.00 per vehicle/per week.
