Registration Fees

Pre-registration deadline – June 11, 2018
Online registration form will be disconnected at 11:59 PM EDT!

If registration and payment are not received by this date, you will need to register on-site at the higher rate.

All advance registration payments are to be made by credit card, check, or money order.  All fees are quoted in US dollars. SIAM accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

*SIAM Lifetime Members who are retired can contact Customer Service at [email protected] to obtain the retired rate.

**STUDENTS MUST SHOW A CURRENT STUDENT ID UPON CHECKING IN AT THE SIAM REGISTRATION DESK.
Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY. The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.

SIAM will continue to offer the pre-registration rate to any individual holding a passport from Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen who is coming to the meeting from outside the US and prefers to register on-site. If you have any concerns about not being able to attend the meeting, you can still pay the pre-registration rate onsite if you present a passport to our conference staff from one of these countries.

If you do not join SIAM before you register, SIAM allows attendees who pay the non-member rate to apply the difference between it and the member rate toward buying an individual membership. We will continue to offer this option and expand the offer to those who pay the non-member minisymposia organizer or speaker rate.

Please note: Conference registration includes NS18, however, if you plan to attend ONLY the SIAM Workshop on Network Science, visit archive.siam.org/meetings/ns18/reginfo.php for workshop only registration fees.

Meals
No meals and/or lodging are included in the registration fee.

Please Note: 
It is SIAM policy that all speakers must pre-register. Speakers who do not pre-register will be required to register on site at the higher rate.

Conference Speakers

The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference.

If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she should try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact [email protected] immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation for ed18. Please contact SIAM Meeting Manager, Nicole Erle ([email protected]) for any changes regarding MS18 or ED18. See SIAM Policy on Substitute Speakers and Remote Presentations.

A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.

SIAM is not responsible for the safety and security of attendees’ computers. Do not leave laptop computers unattended.

Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be received in writing by email, fax or regular mail.

A fee of $75.00 will be charged for changes from full registration to one-day registration between May 14 and June 11 after which no registration changes will be accepted.

SIAM accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Please indicate credit card type, account number, and the expiration date on the Registration Form.

Pre-register and Save!

We urge attendees to pre-register and save!

To qualify for the pre-registration rate, return the Registration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office or register online by June 11, 2018, before 11:59 PM EDT EDT. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.

Any registration received at the SIAM office after June 11, 2018, will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to pre-register and save up to $100.00.

There will be no pro-rated fees. Refunds will not be issued after June 11, 2018.

SIAM Corporate Members and Sponsors

SIAM is pleased to acknowledge its corporate members and sponsors. In recognition of this support, non-member attendees who are employed by a Corporate Member or Sponsor organization are entitled to the SIAM member registration rate.
