Registration Fees
Pre-registration deadline – Monday, October 27, 2008
Online registration form will be disconnected at 4:00 PM EDT!
If registration and payment are not received by this date, you will be expected
to pay the on-site fee upon arrival at the conference.
All advance registration payments are to be made by credit card, check, or money order. All fees are quoted in US dollars.

Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY.
The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.

Please Note:
It is SIAM policy that all speakers must pre-register. Speakers who do not
pre-register will be required to register on site at the higher rate.
Conference Speakers
The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference.
If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact SIAM Meeting Manager Nicole Jorlett ([email protected]) immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation.
A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.
SIAM is not responsible for the safety and security of attendees’ computers. Do not leave laptop computers unattended.
Please remember to turn off cell phones, pagers, etc., during sessions.

All refund requests must be received in writing by email, fax or regular mail.

Pre-register and Save!
We urge attendees to pre-register and save!
To qualify for the pre-registration rate, return the Registration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office or register online by Monday, October 27, 2008, before 4:00 PM EDT. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.
Any registration received at the SIAM office after Monday, October 27, 2008, will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to pre-register and save up to $80.00.
There will be no pro-rated fees. Refunds will not be issued after Monday, October 27, 2008.

SIAM is pleased to acknowledge its corporate members and sponsors. In recognition of this support, non-member attendees who are employed by a Corporate Member or Sponsor organization are entitled to the SIAM member registration rate.
