The John von Neumann Lecture is one of SIAM’s most prestigious prizes as well as an important lecture at the SIAM Annual Meeting. It is awarded annually to one individual for outstanding and distinguished contributions to the field of applied mathematical sciences and for the effective communication of these ideas to the community.

Eligibility Criteria:

The prize may be awarded to any member of the scientific community who meets the general guideline of the prize description.
