SIAM Registration Desk
The SIAM registration desk is located in the Brownstone Hotel & Conference Center on the Mezzanine level. It is open during the following times:

Registration Fees
Pre-registration deadline – Wednesday, July 5, 2006
On-line registration form will be disconnected at 4:00 PM EDT!
If registration and payment are not received by this date, you will be expected to pay the on-site fee upon arrival at the conference.
All advance registration payments are to be made by credit card, check, or money order. All fees are quoted in US dollars.

*PRE-REGISTERED STUDENTS AND THOSE REGISTERING ON SITE MUST SHOW A CURRENT STUDENT ID UPON CHECKING IN AT THE SIAM REGISTRATION DESK.
Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY. The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.

Society for Math Biology Banquet will cost an additional $16 per person.
Please Note:
It is SIAM policy that all speakers must pre-register. Speakers who do not pre-register will be required to register on site at the higher rate.
Conference Speakers
The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference.
If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact SIAM Program Manager Darrell Ross ([email protected]) immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation.
A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.
SIAM is not responsible for the safety and security of attendees’ computers. Do not leave laptop computers unattended.
Please remember to turn off cell phones, pagers, etc., during sessions.

Pre-register and Save!
We urge attendees to pre-register and save!
To qualify for the pre-registration rate, return the Registration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office or register on-line by Wednesday, July 5, 2006, before 4:00 PM EDT. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.
Any registration received at the SIAM office after Wednesday, July 5, 2006, will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to pre-register and save $80.
There will be no pro-rated fees. Refunds will not be issued after Wednesday, July 5, 2006.
SIAM Corporate Members and Sponsors
SIAM is pleased to acknowledge its corporate members. In recognition of this support, non-member attendees who are employed by a Corporate Member or Sponsor organization are entitled to the SIAM member registration rate.
